- Our customers' existing tile failed and leaked through into the first floor we had to gut the entire floor down to the subfloor and replace the shower pan and install new shower pan bed all the framing for the shower curb was rotted and all had to be removed and replaced to prevent mold from spreading further upon completion of the demo, we reinstalled a matching marble tile chosen by the customer and then reinstalled the shower doors.
